My Disney Experience App Reviews

I try and login, and nothing happens. When something does happen, its a never ending loading screen. Completely useless.

One stop shop to manage fast passes, photos, reservations...etc. The maps are also extremely helpful. Dont do Disney without it!

I have been using their app for a few months now to plan our October Disney trip. The only real complaint I have at this point to that I can sort rides according to my daughters height. I and unable to select rides 36" and shorter. There is only an option for 36" and tall. It would be wonderful if Disney fixed that. Also I noticed that you can not book reservations to Cinderellas Royal table through the ap you have to go to the on-line site.

Totally love the app!! The access to selecting events and ride times through the Fast Pass are great and we really love the photo memory maker because you dont even need to carry a camera and all of the pictures you have taken at the park load within minutes!

This was not our first trip using this app and actually we have used it since its inception. We think it is great! So easy to use and we had hardly any issues with it. They have made some great changes and fixed most of the bugs. There are still a few bugs to work out, but overall we love it!!! 5 stars all the way!!!

Love this app!

This app is a requirement if you want Disney to take $10,000 for a week at there park! I would think with the revenue stream that goes along with the app Disney could create something that WORKS!

I must say this is a wonderful appt it gave my family accurate information for the park rides plus get the fast pass

It makes it so easy to make dining reservations and make any modifications. If a member of your group has an account, all of their tickets etc go to their account which is hard to keep up with, so I called and had them adjust so I could see all of my plans on my account. Other than that I find this very useful.

This app is great! Used it in Magic Kingdom and the wait times for the rides were spot on! The map was wonderful. The ability to access other features like adding a fast pass or check for dinning was extremely useful so that we did not have to stand in line for the Kiosk. Improvements for me would be: 1) When using the "Find on Map" location, to show the best path to get there from current location - like a GPS. The app knows where you are and where you want to be, so just show us the best route. 2) (This may be there and I havent found it yet) On the map, to have the option to turn on icons for eating or Restrooms, or Find the Nearest Restroom as sometimes these seem to be hidden from plain sight. Other than those two items - I HIGHLY recommend this app as a must if you are going to any of the parks!

Does everything and more

Fast pass is not very intuitive. My annual pass is linked but it will not let me make a reservation.

Ive made my dinner reservations, made my family profiles for the Magic band, researched restaurants… And Im not even there yet. A great app for planning your trip, I cant wait to see what they offer while Im there!!

This app is great if you are a family using it but trying to get 3 families set up was a pain. Otherwise it is great!

Great app, very useful. Id like the map to be more useful though. For example, Id like to pull up my location and see all the bathrooms not just the one I selected. Maybe even see nearby rides with the wait times. Thanks!

Well worth it for kids and adults!!! Staff very friendly!

Used this app for the first time two years ago. It is so much easier now so I see they are working on it. It is definitely more user friendly. I havent used it in the park yet. Last time the wait times were a bit off so hoping it is more accurate this time.

Great for planning ahead! Easy to use! Love the family link features especially because we are going with a large group.
