There are many things wrong with this app! It doesnt let you link your card and keeps redirecting you to buy tickets. Also, it said I had an account even though I have never been to Disney! So disappointing!

Awesome app. So helpful for people looking to plan out there trip and to even modify existing plans!! Great job!!

I usually love this app. But I have not been able to set any fast passes for the past few days. It wont even acknowledge my name or my party. disappointed!

This app has had some hiccups in the past but Ive been happy with this version. The new FastPass+ capabilities are working just fine.

Always crashing, cant ever find what youre looking for

This app is garbage. Ive been an annual pass holder for years and honestly Im not realty even sure why. This app barely works 50% of the time. Cant get fast passes most of the time and on high priority rides like NEVER! So this app would be great if it really worked. Ive had to delete it and reload it more times than I think should be necessary! Get it together Disney. You have more than enough resources to make this work without glitches! #angrypassholder

Had a couple of bugs but overall was very useful and helpful. We were at Disney during Easter and the wait times on the app were very accurate.

Changes made to dining and fast past take to long to update on the app. There is a lag and it doesnt accept some changes.

Hard to imagine an app that needs more. Love all the options.

This would be so helpful if it worked. I found the wait times to be guidelines only. Line wait times can be very fluid and change drastically and quickly. For two days I couldnt get the app to update my schedule at all. So do not depend on this only. Make sure you have a backup schedule of your fast pass times. Whenever I tried to find an available dinning reservation it always said no times available. But we would go to the restaurant anyway and get right in.

I never EVER thought I would say that an app could make Walt Disney World better than it already is but...well, this app really makes the park more enjoyable. The wait times have always been pretty accurate (usually spot on) and the in-park GPS is nearly flawless. My favorite part of this entire app is the photopass. Its so comforting to know that my pictures dont just disappear after my park day--I can go back and purchase them at a later date which is amazing. Just a few additions I would LOVE to see would be: 1. If you could save your parking location within the app I would love that feature (I realize it isnt that hard to save a note of my spot, but the parking lots are so huge Im kind of shocked that isnt already a function) 2. Maybe a transportation schedule (im thinking like a Transloc for Disney buses, shuttles, etc.) 3. This might be a lot to ask, but an in-queue entertainment section like how some rides have games, maybe if the app included things to look for/do in lines, it would be a great and inexpensive way to pass the time :) like Ispy or a scavenger hunt of sorts 4. I dont usually wait to meet characters, but a stylus-phone autograph book would be a cool feature 5. An easy way to scan other guests tickets in order to reserve fast passes for everyone (it took a while to register everyones names and info under my account last time we were there, not like thats much to complain about lol) Overall I love Disney World so much and this app is MAGICAL, but there ^ are some ideas for improvement that I personally think would make it 10x better!

Great idea and nice option to have for planning but it doesnt work at times. I recommend using before you enter the park. You can barely get a signal in the park and it drains your battery.

This program barely works inside the parks. Sure, 500 miles away in the comfort of my home, its usually okay, although you cannot link special tours to your reservations. But trying to change or make reservations while in the parks is frustrating given the number of times the app fails to update. Most of the time, we end up having to coordinate through guest relations or a Fastpass + kiosk. Yesterday, my app was fine, but my sons version showed us having 10+ FPs for the same ride. Clearly, the technical glitches continue.

This app is very helpful when in the park. Wait times, maps, reservations. Sometimes you have to sign out and back in to update but 99% of the time it is spot on. When I tried to add friends who we went with to plan fast passes it was a little difficult. I wish the new update for booking fast passes showed the times which ones you already picked. Then you would know how much time you have between each one. It is a Must have for any Disney trip.

This app is the app to get when visiting any Disney park. You can access your photos pass, schedule, make reservations, see wait time, and locate where all your favorite characters are.

The most recent update completely wiped all of my travel details, tickets and reservations from the app. Consequently, theres zero chance of my manually reentering everything or of my continuing to use this app.
