My Disney Experience App Reviews

It seems want to include everything in the app, but fails to prioritize the most important features to the customers, such as the search function and the ease to plan the trip. If you want to change your profile, you have to call the customer service and wait in line for about 20 minuets. I know Disney has lots of money to support the customer service, but can you please invest more in developing a easy to use app like universal studios?

The past week this app has crashed every time I try to do anything. Dining, fast passes, Everything.

The app is great for shopping but trying to view menus for dinner it would not open. Then when we found a place to eat, left Saratoga Springs via Disney bus to Disney Springs, via another bus to Polynesian Resort to find it was a pool side snack place not a dining resturant! Top that off we were just about to eat and the worst thunder and lighting storm comes through food was cold and we were wet. Still love Disney, but this app gets only two stars.

This app is amazing you can easily set fast pass+ reservations as well as keep up with your photos from rides right in the app. However, today May 4/16 it did not work when the rain started. The attractions section disappeared and we could no longer set fast pass reservations. Besides that this app is a must if you are visiting any kingdom/park for the first time. 5 out of 5 !!!

Great app! Loved it before our trip for planning and love it now in the park.

The happiest place of earth got an amazing app

The app itself is great and if it worked well most of the time, it would have been extremely helpful. However, the many bugs made for a frustrating experience. Fastpass and reservation management when it works, is a huge time saver. However, there are times when attempting to modify an existing fastpass or reservation cause the entire app to crash. During such times, you are unable to add any fastpass. There are times I had to resort to the website to fix a reservation or fastpass. There a intermittent issues with searching for attractions, events and dining. I was in the park, wanting to find the nearest restaurant and I ended up having to ask around because the app returned nothing when I tried to filter by dining. These intermittent issues seem to be on the server level, because at this very moment, I am, trying to figure out what attractions to add to my agenda tomorrow, but neither my iPad or iPhone will report that any attractions exist. Overall, this is a great app mired with significant show-stopping bugs.

Ive found the app pretty helpful, with just a few inconveniences

Very impressive app, but is still buggy. Its primary function is to organize my trip, so why didnt one of my resort reservations show up? I nearly panicked. After confirming that I was booked, I had to manually link it. Since they provide a manual link function, I assume this is a common problem. Disney, please improve the linkups...I and my reservations all have have numbers you know.

Love this app. Its the all in one perfect app. Everything is linked together which makes my life easier. How did we ever do Disney before it was invented???

Great to have when out at the parks. Able to check wait times and book fast passes.

I used this app for my trip two years ago and it was a major help. I was able to see my fastpasses easily and quickly. I look forward to being able to use it on my upcoming trip(29 days!!) definitely recommend

For some reason my fast pass tickets arent showing, also I have been trying to get fast pass tickets for the mine train but its always running out. On the other hand, everything is alright.

Once we figured out how to use FastPass, which isnt very clear at first, this app is amazing. We can easily get FastPass times for rides throughout the day and see what rides have the shorter wait times so we wont waste a FastPass on them. The maps need a little help, but overall a good app

There are glitches sometimes, but aside from that this app is perfect for planning your Disney vacation- and managing your experiences once youre there.

Dont know if you can do WDW without it! Fast pass, photo pass all essential to experiencing WDW in the 21st Century.

I am really enjoying using this app to modify my upcoming reservation. Ive found it easy to use and full of information. The My Disney Experience has a lot more details than this app does, but they both work together. For example, the app does not give full menu descriptions, but the website does.

Love it and use it all the time. Wait times, to dinning reservations. All in one place, makes it so easy

Im a WDW local and use the app frequently to visit the parks. Ive found the information presented to be very accurate, including ride wait times. I use the app weekly to book dinner reservations and FastPasses. I recommend the app to anyone that enjoys Disney and visits WDW.
