Nice feature showing where you are in the park!

The app shows you all the times of shows, places of characters and makes it possible to book your fastpass+ experience. Moreover, one can easily scan tickets and link them with each other. With the wifi that was available in the whole park it worked just fine.

Much better than the website. My dining reservations are actually accepted :-)

It takes Minutes before youre able to "work" with the App. Mobile-Website has richer and faster functionalities than the App, especially if it comes to Dining. I am a big fan of Disney and WDW but sorry Disney folks, you have to do a lot to make this App useable.

The fast pass+ hours show up as question marks, not allowing you to see at what time you should go to a ride during the fast pass time you reserved

It is good for Fast Pass, but the search for a spare timeframe at your preferred restaurant is a disaster. Plus I cannot put a simple entertainment event in my schedule. It kerps on tellung me that this is not available. Plus when Im finished planning my fastpasses and then leave my vacation home and its wifi, I have sometimes no chance to retrieve my fastpass times before I get back to a wifi net because the app logged me out. Why doesnt it keep the last information? And why the logout which is a lockout here? I work in testing SW, you need somebody to help you!

Great app, very helpful...easy

Weve been using this for two years now. Being able to plan early, choose fast passes the day before, make reservations, use the maps to help locate things we want to see, plus the photo pass connection, all make this a must have app when visiting the parks. Few quirks, and wifi does not cover the entire of all parks, so you lose it from time to time if your data is off, but the overall usefulness more than makes up for the quirks

This app help us for our Disney trip

The app is extremely helpful for planning and keeping track of reservations. My only complaint is that I am finding that the wifi in the parks has been spotty at best so that makes it hard to rely on the app!
